Inspired by Black Mountain College and E.A.T. (Bell Labs Experiments in Art and Technology). LAURA looked for ways to create spaces where all disciplines can organically collide, collaborate, and inspire.

A place for art and industry to collaborate in problem-solving towards a more humane and socially responsible society. She brought those together in a new collaborative model where our future incorporates experienced practicing artists as a part of the problem-solving process, showing that value and bringing it to a world stage. She believes in interdisciplinary collaboration because SHE has seen it result in technological advances, moving an artist’s practice forward, providing sustainability for artists, long-lasting shared learnings, and ongoing, paradigm-shifting collaborations between art & industry towards a more humane society.
